About the Master

Over the years, I participated in an international competition in China featuring representatives from 36 countries, where I placed sixth. Afterward, I continued studying in China, visited Chenjiagou—the birthplace of Tai Chi—and learned from top-tier masters, including Master Zhu Tiancai, who deepened my understanding of the principles of spiral movement—a central foundation in the way I practice and teach to this day

My name is Asaf Shemberg. Tai Chi is much more than a martial art. It is a way of life that integrates movement, health, awareness, and personal development. For over thirty years, I have been practicing Tai Chi—learning, practicing, teaching, and continuing to deepen my understanding of this path every single day.

I began my journey in the world of Tai Chi after my military service. I wanted to return to the world of martial arts, but I felt I was looking for a deeper path—one that is not solely concerned with technique, but also with the personal development of the individual. From the very first moment, I fell in love with Tai Chi and dedicated my life to learning and understanding the principles underlying the system.

THE ANATOMY OF OUR PRACTICE
Mindful Mobilization
We commence with gentle foundational exercises, systematically preparing the joints and aligning the body’s central vertical axis.
Cultivating the Chen Form
Progressing step-by-step and at your own comfortable pace, you will master traditional, health-enhancing movement sequences.
Interactive Balance
Through refined partner drills, we explore the subtle interplay of forces, learning to listen to balance—both within ourselves and in relation to each other.
Cognitive Integration
We conclude each practice in a state of deep mental clarity, emotional equilibrium, and profound physical relaxation.

WHY TAI CHI IS THE ULTIMATE DYNAMIC MEDITATION

Far beyond conventional fitness, Tai Chi treats the human organism as an interconnected, intelligent whole. By mastering fluid, continuous movements and channeling spiral energy, you unlock profound benefits:

  • Spinal & Structural Alignment: Restore natural posture, gently decompress the spine, and alleviate chronic discomfort in the neck and lower back.
  • Deep Neurological Reset: Slowing down your physical tempo while focusing on the breath calms the nervous system far more effectively than passive rest.
  • Vitality & Energy Cultivation: Stimulate deep circulation and optimize internal resources, effectively dissolving the weight of chronic exhaustion.
  • Autonomous Self-Care: Acquire practical self-massage and somatic techniques to preserve your health and vitality every single day

For long-term health optimization through movement.
